Introduction

Seeing as how I obviously couldn't be bothered to really dedicate myself to my previous blog, I figured I'd leave it there, with all the misspellings and whatnot, simply as a reference to go by in terms of what I want to improve on with this new blog. It's essentially the same as the old one, but with a little more focus than before. It will still cover mostly video games and how video games can be related to other things ranging from minor to somewhat more major correlations. It will also still contain my usually Internet sailor talk, so if cursing isn't your thing, I can't promise you'll not be offended. In fact, I hold a lot of rather "harsh", for lack of better words, opinions and this is not intended to be a blog for the lighthearted. I will also be attempting to make vlogs to go with some of my blog post to make the blog a little more appealing this time around as well as giving people a vocal option if they don't want to read my opinions. For everyone, which most likely means EVERYONE, who is new to me, my blog, and my overall interest, this Introduction Video is for you.

"I don't know about the rest of you...Youtubians....I'm just gonna call you that, but I figured that my opinions weren't all that terrible enough to never be shared so here I am, coming out of the "virtual closet" so to speak, to share with you my incredibly offensive opinions and colorfully presented insight. Or at least, what I believe is insight.

If my username isn't enough of an indication, I like video games and that is pretty much what this blog is about. Not just about what "super-cool" game is coming out, but about looking deeper into game mechanics, story elements, and even analyzing certain business practices.

If that sounds like something someone has already done, it's probably because they have, but you can never have to many opinions present, right? Don't worry. This isn't about some nerd trying to make video games into "serious business". There will be plenty of jokes and humor to make sure the videos aren't entirely boring, seeing as how I currently lack the big fancy effects most video game bloggers tend to use. Though, I should warn all you, my blog is not intended for the faint of heart.

There will be plenty of swearing, dark humor, and....well...pretty much the stuff that makes Comedy Central what it is. So if you find these types of things "offensive", then I'm sure you can find some good nature videos to watch. This blog won't be your thing. To everyone else who devotes their entire lives to gaming and wants to hear one more voice in the community, I'm here."
